CLIENT POLICIES

Client Policies

  1. Session will begin and end at scheduled time.

  2. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required or client will be billed for session; emergencies are accepted at our discretion.

  3. A courtesy call is expected if client will be more than 15 minutes late; if at all possible.

  4. Client will fill out intake form and update this as necessary.

  5. Any abuse of drugs or alchohol is expressly prohibited and session will not take place.

  6. Personal and professional boundaries will be respected at all times. Sexual harassment will not be tolerated, or session will be terminated immediately.

  7. Client will communicate in an open and honest manner.

  8. Client is asked to practice proper hygiene prior to session.

  9. Payment is due at conclusion of session.
